Ability to Create Space is what Separates Good from Great Athletes
Getting
to that ball quicker, or getting a gap on your competitor is what
scores or defends points. What develops this ability in an
individual athlete varies from person to person.
For optimal development each individual will need different combinations
and progressions of speed, strength, agility, and power training. I
will work with the athlete to plan this development within the framework
of their team or club demand and competitions.
Training 2-3 times
a week for strength, speed, power and agility will yield great
results in the pre-season.
I have two options for training- individually or in a small group of 2-3 athletes.
